Thanks to the modular use of dividing units in the RWNC series, design according to customer requests can be realized inexpensively.

Compact, space-saving design/high rigidity
High level of flexibility thanks to the modular system
The turning and swivel axes can be positioned quickly and exactly
The turning and swivel axes are hydraulically clamped, achieving a high machining performance.
The required nip pressure can be provided by the machine tool, a separate hydraulic unit or a pneumatic-hydraulic intensifier.
The worm gear is set to a low amount of play
The play in the worm gear can be adjusted
Low-maintenance thanks to continuous lubrication

Drive:

Turning axis: either as a 4th axis of the machine control, or with HOFMANN CNC positioning control (M function).
Swivel axis: either as a 5th axis of the machine control, or with HOFMANN CNC positioning control (M function).
Optionally, this can take place manually with a graduating drum.
